1. Standard Shipping

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been confirmed and dispatched within the EU.

Shipping to the US is currently halted, and we will inform our US clients as soon as shipping is resumed.

UK: Deliveries typically take 4–10 business days.

If an item needs a little more time, we’ll let you know right away with an updated delivery date.


2. Express Shipping

Need your order sooner?
At the moment we do NOT offer Express Shipping but are in the process of offering this option.


3. International Deliveries

We ship to families around the world!
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.
Simply enter your address at checkout to view the exact details for your destination.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way — from our hands to yours.


5. Delivery Updates

Sometimes delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. If that occurs, we’ll keep you informed and make sure your order still gets to you as quickly as possible.


6. Address & Acceptance

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order.
If you’re not at home when your package arrives, the courier will leave a note with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Amoroy, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you return or exchange your item quickly and easily.


Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns, but can only process a return if:

  • The product is returned within 14 days from the original order date.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and retains all original tags and packaging.

If you need to return an item, please contact us via email, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. When contacting us, include your order number and specify whether you would like a return or an exchange.

How we handle exchanges and returns

Once the returned item has been received at our or our partner’s warehouse, and it meets the return conditions, we will either send your replacement item or process your refund. Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to a shipping fee corresponding to our standard shipping rates, approximately EUR 6.99, depending on the product.
